Pensacola Beach is anchored on the western tip of Florida and stretches along the final 8 miles of Santa Rosa Island; a 40-mile barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico. On any given day, you can choose from busy lifeguarded beaches, or the quiet, secluded beaches of Gulf Islands National Seashore.

You can explore internationally recognized landmarks at Pensacola Beach like the Beach Ball Water Tower, the Gulfside Pavilion, and the Pensacola Beach Pier, which extends roughly 1/4 mile into the Gulf. This general area is referred to as Casino Beach.

Pensacola Beach features something for the entire family; from building sandcastles, body surfing and beachcombing, to remote ocean fishing and other water exercises like paddle-boarding, kayaking, & boating.
